Hi there,
Thank you so much for taking the time to visit my site and flip around. My name is Courtney Elyse, I am a Georgia based Wedding Photographer located right outside of Atlanta, Ga. I bought my first professional camera 4 years ago and haven’t put it down since. Before I started photography I worked in the dental field for 9 years. For two of those final years before resigning as an orthodontic assistant I worked part time with my photography business. In October 2021, I left the dental field behind to go full time in my photography career and passion as a Travel Wedding Photographer. To say that it was the best life choice I’ve ever made in 27 years is easy. The moments I’ve captured, the people I’ve met and the places I have seen are worth every risk to go out on my own as a business owner. To this day I have captured over 40 beautiful Weddings and 100’s of other photography sessions. I wouldn’t trade this path of my life for the world.

This is my love story,
I’ve known Dylan since I was 5 years old, we grew up as childhood friends that never lost touch with one another. From hanging out as kids, to teenagers, to adults… we were always in each others life. One day my Bestfriend asked if i’d like to go out of town with her and her boyfriend and I was single at the time and didn’t want to “thriwdwheel,” hahah so I asked Dylan randomly if he would want to go and he of course said yes. We spent 24 hours in Savannah, Ga for that trip and when we came home we never left each other after that. I use to think that the love that I saw and documented wouldn’t happen in my life or the love that you see on movies but now i’m living in what I always dreamed and prayed for and it’s the most incredible feeling in the world. So for me, documenting love has become so much more special and timeless. Capture those moments in you and your partners life throughout the years because it’s the most beautiful thing to look back and remember those moments.
I’m not like a regular mom, I’m a dog mom.
Meet Atlas! I’ll probably talk about her once or twice during our time together. She’s a 2 year old English Cream Golden Retriever and she LOVES your attention and alllllll the sticks in the world. If you are curious if you can bring your pet with you to our session, the answer is ABSOLUTELY, 100%, YES. We love all the fur friends over here.
